Recently launched ElephantHop has secured a partnership with U.K.-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) Employee Zero. This partnership aims to provide services for the increasing global demand of dedicated support, for JumpCloud products in the region.
BOULDER, Colo. – Sept. 23, 2021 – ElephantHop announced today its international expansion into the United Kingdom through its partnership with Employee Zero, an IT consultancy and MSP, delivering world-class customer service to clients throughout the United Kingdom and around the world. This expansion comes only three months after ElephantHop’s initial launch in the summer of 2021. ElephantHop is an IT consultancy helping IT teams of all sizes evaluate, implement, and manage the JumpCloud Directory Platform.
Starting as a MSP with over four years helping companies implement and manage JumpCloud, ElephantHop is a new, dedicated service that helps companies seamlessly move their directory to the cloud. Employee Zero has been working with JumpCloud for six years and was also a partner spotlight case study. This partnership will enable ElephantHop to provide greater timezone coverage, increase overall depth into the JumpCloud product and the identity and access management (IAM) space, and further expand its resources to continue to serve clients around the globe.
