JumpCloud’s former VP of Global Sales and Customer Success Toby Yoder and co-owner Brett Ramberg have launched ElephantHop to provide dedicated services for the increasing demand of beyond basic support of JumpCloud products.
BOULDER, Colo. – July 29, 2021 – ElephantHop announced today the launch of its consulting firm to help small to medium-sized businesses (SMB) and enterprise IT teams leverage the JumpCloud Directory Platform to secure their devices, users, and data. Starting as a managed service provider (MSP) with over four years of working with for-profit and nonprofit companies to evaluate, implement, and manage JumpCloud, ElephantHop introduces a new, dedicated service that will help companies move their directory to the cloud.
With the rapidly changing compliance environment and the pressure of staying within strict budgets, companies are becoming more inclined towards outsourcing parts of their IT management, one of which are identity and access management (IAM) operations. One step towards the changing IT environment is choosing the right technology for their business, from the myriad of on-premise and cloud service providers in the IAM market.
JumpCloud boasts over 5,000 customers worldwide and has earned many awards for its services, most recently Forbes’ Best Startup Employers in 2020, Best Software for Highest Satisfaction, Mid-Market, Remote Work, and IT Cloud Management acknowledged by G2, the Cutting Edge in SMB Cybersecurity Global InfoSec Award at the RSA Conference in 2021, and the 2021 Cloud Excellence Awards for Cloud Security Product of the Year for Identity, Access, and Authentication.
To help organizations better understand the business and technology impact of selecting a new solution, ElephantHop has created a consulting practice to aid in the evaluation and testing of JumpCloud versus other IAM solutions in the marketplace. “We want to understand what you are doing today to manage your company’s users, their identities, and the devices they work from, so we can help you take it to the next level with a cloud directory,” said Toby Yoder, ElephantHop’s founder and CEO.
ElephantHop will also help support the implementation of JumpCloud to customers that have already made the decision to purchase the JumpCloud Directory Platform. ElephantHop’s JumpCloud experts have performed hundreds of JumpCloud implementations over the years and their validated and time-tested process ensures the implementation is seamless.
Additionally, if a business does not have JumpCloud expertise in-house, ElephantHop offers fully managed services throughout their entire use of the service.
“The hybrid workforce that came out of the COVID-19 pandemic is adding more pressure on IT admins and organizations than ever before,” said Rajat Bhargava, CEO and co-founder of JumpCloud. “Organizations need a trusted partner to help them modernize their legacy IT infrastructure. ElephantHop will be a great resource for constrained IT teams that are ready to move to the cloud.”
Assembled from a team of seasoned JumpCloud experts, ElephantHop is on a mission to help SMB and enterprise-level customers reenvision directory services in the cloud and allow them to focus on what they do best, while they take care of the rest.
